Delete your account in the app
- Open the Foodmetric app.
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Account section.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Complete the confirmation steps.
This permanently deletes your account, nutrition records, meal photos, profile information, and cloud data associated with your app account.
If you cannot access the app
Send an account deletion request from your registered account email to ertekin.developer@gmail.com.
Include "Foodmetric account deletion", the package name com.macroflow.app, and the email address of the account you want deleted.
Data deleted or retained
- Deleted data: Account information, profile information, meal records, nutrition history, uploaded meal photos, and app usage data.
- Data that may be retained briefly: Records required for legal, security, payment, or fraud-prevention obligations may be retained for the required period.
Account deletion cannot be undone after it is completed.
